Road to 100 SaaS products with AI: Part 4

My SaaS ideas

My goal is to build 100 SaaS products. My first SaaS is live in production (Deploy), and I already have many ideas for new SaaS products. I developed the following ideas myself, without using AI. However, I will be using AI to generate more ideas as I continue on this challenge.

Burn rate tracker

Startups often calculate their burn rate — how fast they're burning through their cash — to see how many months they have left to survive. I'm planning to build a burn rate tracker for both companies and individuals to use.

My online course

I want to create a course about building 100 SaaS products, self-improvement, productivity, philosophy and more. This is a course, not a SaaS. However, it will be a monthly subscription that will contribute to my total monthly revenue along with my SaaS products.

Business entity structure tracker

A visual interface for tracking the complex relationships between companies. E.g. Visualize the relationships between Alphabet (the parent company) and its subsidiaries, including Google and Waymo. It could also be used for individuals, e.g. for tracking multiple YouTube channels owned by one person.

Real estate tracker

A visual interface for tracking real estate assets. Use it to calculate rental income, price appreciation and more.

A coffee shop x venture capital firm

A chain of coffee shops that is simultaneously a venture capital firm. I would like to create a place where builders (indie hackers, startup founders and more) can relax, build and raise money for their products. The coffee shop would be open to all on the ground floor, while the second floor would be a more exclusive space for selected builders, founders and VC partners. Entrepreneurs would be invited to speak at these locations. The coffee shop x VC firm would expand to locations around the world. This is not a SaaS model. However, the user interface for coffee drinkers, builders and VC partners would be designed like a SaaS. Coffee drinkers would use the user interface to access a global loyalty scheme. Builders would use the user interface to submit pitches and information to VC partners and receive feedback from them.

More ideas to come

These are just the first 5 of my SaaS ideas besides Deploy, all inspired by my own problems and goals. Some of these ideas are technically not SaaS products. However, they have elements of SaaS products and are software-driven. In Part 3 I wrote about using AI to generate SaaS ideas. Follow along with this series to see more ideas, including AI-generated ones.
